Moton listed the Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Chargers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers as top destinations for the 31-year-old out of Eastern Washington. In listing the Cowboys, Moton mentioned Kupp as a replacement for Cooks.
