According to the morning show on 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh, Cowherd said he was told that Rodgers wants to wait and see how many prime-time games the Steelers get. If the Steelers get enough early starts, he's willing to sign but if the team gets too many night kickoffs, he's not going to do it.

Pittsburgh has kept busy elsewhere in the offseason, this week trading wide receiver George Pickens to the Cowboys. Former Bills general manager and former Steelers executive Doug Whaley thinks Rodgers should be wary of that move while making his decision for the future.

The Steelers signed Robert Woods last week but could still use another player. NFL insider Albert Breer threw out a name that could make sense for the Steelers, and he has Aaron Rodgers connections, too. Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs could be on the outs, and if he is, it might make sense for the Steelers to make a run at him.
