Red Bull Racing driver Yuki Tsunoda suffered a huge crash during qualifying for Formula 1’s Emilia Romagna Grand Prix on Saturday. Tsunoda’s car was briefly launched upside down in the accident, which took place in the opening stages of Q1 at Imola.
