The jury selection in Sean Combs ‘ sex trafficking and racketeering trial has been delayed until Monday, after prosecutors from the Southern District of New York and Combs’ high-powered criminal defense team spent the majority of this week quizzing potential jurors on their backgrounds and knowledge of the case.

After a brief delay, the jurors and alternates for the mogul's trial for racketeering conspiracy and prostitution have been set. The trial is expected to last eight weeks.

The trial should remain on schedule after the defense suggested that the final 12 jurors and six alternates could ask to be excused after spending a weekend contemplating a role in a major celebrity's fate.
